Delivery and Shipping Costs

Delivery
The delivery time to Germany is 3-6 working days . In other European countries, the delivery time is 5-9 days. The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance on the day after the payment order to the referring institution or for other payments on the day to run after the conclusion and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period . Falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at the delivery state approved the last day of the period , as occurs the next business day at the place of such a day. We ship the parcel service DPD. Please note that DPD does not make deliveries on Saturdays. When you order from us under an order several products , the application of different lead times , we ship the goods according to availability of multiple lots which are subject to the delivery times specified in each article. Additional shipping costs are not incurred.

Delays
If the consignment does not arrive at the end of the shown delivery time, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately so that we can initiate tracking of the consignment. Please also provide us with your telephone number and any other contact details the DPD service point may require to reach you.

Packstations / Post office boxes
Unfortunately, DPD cannot delivery consignments to a Packstation or a post office box.

Shipping costs
We ship by default only within the EU.

Germany
Shipping costs 8,40 EUR. From an order value of 300,- EUR the shipping costs are waived.
Netherlands, Belgium , Luxembourg, Austria
Shipping costs 19,95 EUR. From an order value of 500,- EUR the shipping costs are waived.
Europe
Shipping costs 32,95 EUR. From an order value of 1.000,- EUR the shipping costs are waived.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail to info@hepp-stollentechnik.de and tell us your wishes. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs.

Orders from Switzerland and Liechtenstein
can only be shipped to a German delivery address.
